2. Enter Your Subject Details You will see a list of rows to enter your course information:

Subject Name (Optional): You can type the name of the subject (e.g., "Math" or "English") to keep track, but it's not required.

Credit Hours: Enter the credit hours for that specific subject. This is usually 3 or 4 for main subjects and 1 or 2 for labs.

Grade / Score: Select the grade you obtained from the dropdown menu (e.g., "A", "B+", "O") or type your percentage if that mode is selected.
3. Add or Remove Subjects

Need more rows? Click the "+ Add Another Subject" button at the bottom to calculate for as many courses as you need.

Made a mistake? Click the Trash Icon (🗑️) next to any row to delete that subject.
4. Click Calculate

Once you have filled in your data, hit the blue "Calculate CGPA" button.

5. Check the Reference Table

Pro Tip: If you want to calculate your Cumulative GPA for your entire degree, simply treat each "Subject" row as a "Semester." Enter the total Credit Hours for the semester and your GPA for that semester in the Grade section (if the tool allows numeric input for that country), or calculate semester-by-semester and average them.
